Terms of service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Qubinary Innovations LLP ("we", "us"), which publishes the Upbeat Together app and this website. By creating an account or using Upbeat Together, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical care

Kiran is an AI health coach, not a doctor, and Upbeat Together is not a medical service. Its guidance is general wellness information, not a diagnosis, treatment or prescription. Don't start, stop or change any medicine or treatment because of the app. Always talk to a qualified doctor about your health.

In an emergency, call 112 (or 108 for an ambulance) in India. If you are struggling or thinking about harming yourself, call Tele-MANAS at 14416 or iCall at 9152987821.

AI replies can be incomplete or wrong. Use your judgement, and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort.

Who can use Upbeat Together

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Upbeat Together is offered in India.

Your account

• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your phone and WhatsApp account secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person. Don't share it, sell it, or create accounts for other people.

Premium

Upbeat Together is free to use with some limits, such as the number of messages per day, active habits and record uploads. Premium removes these limits. Limits and Premium features may change over time.

Plans and payment

• Premium can be bought in the Android app. Prices, plan length and any introductory offer are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Autopay plans renew automatically and charge you each billing period until you cancel. If a plan has an introductory price, the regular price applies when the introductory period ends unless you cancel before then.
• Prepaid packs are a one-time payment for a fixed number of days. They don't renew. If you also have an autopay plan, it is paused while you use your prepaid days and resumes afterwards.
• You can cancel autopay at any time in the app. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for, and won't be charged again.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires a refund or we have charged you in error. Contact us if you think a charge is wrong.
• We may change prices. A new price will apply to an autopay plan only from a later billing period, and we will tell you before it does.

Invites and gift days

• You and a friend can earn free Premium days when they join with your invite and finish setting up, and you may earn more when they buy Premium. The current rewards are shown in the app.
• Rewards may have a monthly limit, and invite codes must be added within the time shown in the app.
• Gift days and gift codes have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and gift codes may expire.
• Invites must go to real people you know. We may withhold or remove rewards, and suspend accounts, for fake accounts, self-referrals, spam or other abuse.
• We may change or end the invite and gift programs at any time. Days already granted stay valid.

Your content

You own what you send and upload, such as messages and health records. You give us permission to store, process and use it to run Upbeat Together for you, as described in ourprivacy policy, including processing by our AI and service providers. Only upload content you have the right to share.

Our content

The app, Kiran, our programs, text, designs and logos belong to us or our licensors. Some programs link to videos and content from independent creators on third-party services such as YouTube. That content belongs to its creators, is subject to those services' terms, and we are not responsible for it. You may use Upbeat Together for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use the app for anything illegal, harmful, abusive or harassing.
• Try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security or limits of the app.
• Use bots or scripts, or try to extract Kiran's instructions or other people's data.
• Upload malware, or content that isn't yours to share.

Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using Upbeat Together at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in ourprivacy policy. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an autopay plan by itself, so please cancel it in the app first. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk. We may also change or stop offering parts of the app.

Disclaimers

Upbeat Together is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its guidance will achieve any particular health result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for health decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to Upbeat Together is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell you in the app if the changes are significant. If you keep using Upbeat Together after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
