Delete your account

Effective October 4, 2026

You can ask Qubinary Innovations LLP to delete your Upbeat Together account and the personal information linked to it at any time. You don't need to have the app installed.

How to ask

• Email life.aradhana@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Upbeat Together account". You can write from any email address.
• Include the mobile number on your account, with the country code.
• We may reply to confirm the request is really from you.

Email us to delete your account

If you have an autopay plan, cancel it in the app first. Deleting your account doesn't cancel autopay by itself.

What we delete

• Your account details: mobile number, name and email address.
• Your profile: age, sex, language and the health conditions you told us about.
• Your chats with Kiran and what Kiran remembers about you.
• Your habits, programs, reminders and activity history.
• The health records you uploaded and the details read from them.
• Your invites and any Premium or gift days left on the account.

What we keep, and for how long

• We delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days of your request.
• Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
• We may keep limited information where needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or meet other legal obligations.

Deleting the app from your phone, or signing out, does not delete your account. See ourprivacy policy for more.

Delete only some of your data

To have specific information erased without closing your account, such as an uploaded record or your chats, email life.aradhana@gmail.com and tell us what to remove.
